Black/Dark shorts for practice. You may not use game shorts and socks for practice.

Arrive early enough for taping at the field

12:00 Leave for Charlotte Rugby Club
13:30 Panthers v Capital Rugby Union
Showers should be available at the club. Bring everything you need to wear for the after-match function.
16:00 After Match function
Panther Top and Khaki Pants or clean Jeans, belt, casual shoes/trainers. No sandals/flip flops.
Everyone must attend the after-match function
