Travel to Port of Spain, Trinidad
Travel attire - Smart Casual - Khaki shorts, Khaki Pants or Neat Jeans Panther top if possible. No tank tops. Casual shoes/trainers/shoes appropriate for airline travel (no flip flops).
19:30 Dinner Meal will be available for those arriving earlier in the day.

Taping for those that need it. Bring your own tape.
9:30 Leave hotel for Practice (15-20 minute walk).
10:00 Practice Queen's Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain.

16:00 Short meeting before leaving for 2nd practice session

For those transporting to the airport at 21:00, we may be able to arrange transport from the after-match function. If so, be prepared to bring all your gear on the bus to the games. More on this later.

Room Assignments
Everyone will be picked up at the airport and transported to the team hotel. As soon as you exit customs there is a Subway on your right, gather there and the driver will be there with a USA Rugby South sign. DO NOT exit the glass doors and venture outside as it will become difficult to find you.
Flight Arrivals
The transportation company will be pick up everyone at the hotel for transport to the airport. The pickup times for each flight are shown below. If you miss the car or bus, you are on your own. Use ONLY regular taxi for transportation if on your own. The cost is dependent on time of day and expect $40 -$60 per trip.
