July 16 Friday
We will make an effort to pick up everyone that is flying and bring you to the motel.
4:30 pm Practice Begins- Arrive early for taping and kit
Black shorts, Black socks, Red Panther training tee or Singlet
Everyone must arrive on time at the practice field. Travel times in DC can be terrible.
Make sure you arrive early enough for taping as required and to get any kit you need.
6:00 pm Practice ends
7:30 pm Team Meal at hotel
Casual Pants, Jeans (no tears) or Shorts, Any Panther Top, Casual Shoes/Trainers, No Flip Flops

2:45 pm Return to Motel to Shower and Change

4:15 pm Short After-Match Social at Stadium
