Everyone should have black shorts and socks for practice.
Game kit is not to be used for practice.

We will have supplies for medical purposes only. Everyone must bring their own supplies for taping, etc

1330-1345 warm up games Zip
1345-1400 stretch
1400-1415 breakdown
1415 -1430 Defense A/B/C
1430-1445 Zip/Flash under pressure
1445-1500 Kickoff reception/open play team module using flash/zip
1500-1520 Lineouts forwards/Set piece attack Backs
1520-1530 Lineout Attack team module
1530-1600 Scrum (forwards)/Backs Counter attack.
1600-1615 Defense open play
1615-1630 Exit and 22meter kick
1630 Coaches and/or Captain run
All times are approximate. 1330 we start on time. If tape etc is needed this must be addressed prior to 1330 with trainer etc.
