Las Vegas 7’s Invitational
March 3 - 5th, 2016
The South u19 will compete with two teams in Las Vegas. Each team shall have a maximum 12-man roster.
Mark Williams will be coaching with both teams and for each team we have assigned a specific coach noted below.
Player selection shall be finalized after the camp on January 23rd.

USA Rugby South Panthers - U 20 Division
This Division is made up of high level U-20 players on distinguished teams. (Must be at least 18 and not turn 20 before September 1 of 2015)
Arrive on Wednesday, March 2nd by 5:00 TBD.

USA Rugby South Panthers - U 18 Division
This High School Elite Varsity Division is made up of high level U-18 players on distinguished teams. (Must be at least 16, Must enrolled in HS and not turn 19 before September 1 of 2015.
Arrive on Thursday for a 3:00 practice TBD.
PLAY ON: Friday and Saturday.

January 23rd - Camp & Scrimmages Chattanooga.[Eastern Time – 10:00 meet in Chattanooga at field for game preparation;

February 6th – Invitation only camp with USAR All-American Coach Salty Thompson. (see camp flyers, possible 7’s scrimmages after camp 3:15-4:30 depending on the number of South players at the camp)
February 13th - South camp & Scrimmages Atlanta, GA
February 20th – Final 1-day Camp for those selected to Vegas Teams – Middle Tennessee
March 3rd – 5th —Las Vegas 7’s Invitational
Player Team Fee for Vegas = $150
$150 Includes: Team registration fee for Vegas 7’s Invitational, breakfast, lunch, snacks and water for both days of the Invitational Tournament and the jersey for Vegas 7’s you will get to keep. Other details and information shall apply.
Las Vegas 7’s Estimate Expenses
Arriving March 2, 2016 and departing March 6, 2016—You are responsible for booking your own flight.
4-nights at Westgate Las Vegas Resort ● Hotel is arranged through Theresa Williams
2 person occupancy—$184.20 per person for 4-nights
3 person occupancy—$124.47 each
4 person occupancy—$94.60 each
A resort fee of $20 x 12% tax, per night, will be charged to your room = $22.40 per night
3-day pass to USA Sevens World Series, March 4-6, is the International tournament.—$123 each 3-day shuttle pass—$25
Tickets and shuttle are purchased through Theresa Williams
Food—approximate—$30-$50 per day—on your own.

The North American and Caribbean Rugby Association (NACRA) recently changed its name to Rugby Americas North (RAN). The USA Rugby South u19 program competes in the U19 Championships. June 4th – Tennessee all-star Saturday scrimmages; Sunday South u19 camp TBD
June 25-26th – Final Camp TBD
July 7-17th – NACRA – Tournament assembly & Competition Week TBD Florida location.
