Passport – on your own
Your passport date of expiration cannot be within 6 months of the date you enter the country of Trinidad.
To renew your passport or get a new passport go to:

Passport Processing Options:
Routine – 4-6 weeks
Expedited – 3 weeks
If you do not have a passport you must take action now.
Air - You are responsible for booking your own air and have 5 days to purchase your air.
The airport code for Port of Spain, Trinidad is: POS.
You must arrive no later than July 11 and depart no earlier than July 20.
American Airlines has the best prices. Roundtrip from:
Miami - $439
Nashville - $756
New Orleans - $737
Atlanta - $704
Air Miles - approximately 60,000/ticket

Arrive in Miami at 9:00 AM
Depart Miami at 10:05 AM, AA Flight 1653
Arrive in Trinidad at 2:00 PM
Travel Insurance – Can be purchased through Will Travel Vacations
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get trip insurance.
Each person or family will be slightly different in cost. The cost varies by age, length of stay, etc.
An 18 year old person will cost approx. $61
Hotel – The South U19 Program has reserved rooms and will require payment in full by June 21st.
We have reserved a variety of rooms. Plan on $33 per day for players this includes breakfast.

Team Fee
Team Kit (Jersey, shorts, socks, polo, (2) practice t-shirts you keep), team supplies and expenses = $150
Team Dinners the night before each game (4) @ $15 = approx. $60
Other misc. expenses
Meals and out-of-pocket expenses - Plan on $25 per day
Ground Transportation - We are currently researching best options. (TBD)
Excursions on free time & other expenses on your own.
